Playing together with other people can be an extremely fun aspect of taking part in sports. It also challenging when some are not team players. This article focuses on the topic group cohesion, which we describe as glue that helps teammates to stick together. We might define cohesion amount unity or harmony a team. Sport teams cohesive terms how well they play during practices and games (i.e., task cohesion) get along away from their sport social cohesion). Both types important because lead better individual performance, athletes more likely happy playing continue part. suggest simple strategies you your coaches use help become over time.
